Lately, we've had issues with users saying whatever they want and trying to claim the Freedom Of Speech right.

However, PokemonCraft is founded in Turkey, and as such, the US Constitution has no legal standing over PokemonCraft. 

It doesn't matter where you live, only Turk laws are applicable.

This means that Freedom Of Speech has no standing over PokemonCraft.  If a Moderator tells you to be quiet for one reason or another, you follow Moderator instructions, or you will lose chat access, and/or possibly a ban.
